Illinois to pursue release of Obama- records

Whom ever wants to see these records needs to also look into John McCains Service Records.

Some will tell the truth, we do not rely on MSM anymore.

This is getting old. How about we start searching for John McCain's real medical records and get him to release his MILITARY records which he has gone to the limits to restrict . He has a lot to hide and it has nothing to do with being a POW.

If these were records of a Republican the University would have released these records months ago.
University records are public records... The mere fact that they have them makes them public information that should be available to us. Where is the news media's request under the Freedom of Information Act...Silence....

What's interesting is that if it was indeed a not-for-profit, their records are open for inspection for three years (granted, it ceased operations in 2001) and if any officer or key employee earns greater than $50,000, it is detailed in their 990 return. So saying that salaries are confidential is just quibbling.

These records absolutely should be released! The person in question, after all, wants to be President of our country--and we STILL don't know enough about him. ......and soon--let's not wait until Oct ! There should be NO records from any candidate restricted from the voters' scrutiny.

the American people should start DEMANDING that McCain release his military records, what is he hiding.

Why release them?? everyone already knows he did 32 propoganda tapes for the VietCong which are now classified by his Daddy... need we know more??
McCain is a traitor, plain and simple.... WE KNOW YOU MR. SONGBIRD... and Obama is going to reveal MORE about you - stay tuned, Obama's campaign is just getting started...

To Jed--------------------- I am sure that there are true things about both candidates that may call their character into question. Alot of things said by Rev Wright are very true and are still in operation behind close doors as we speak. He may have sounded harsh in his delivery, but it is true. There is alot in American history that was left out of the history books intentionally. Unfortunately, it will be too late when alot of Americans realize this. As far as military service, my father and uncle both fought in WWII, and returned home to the US only to realize that their battle as African Americans had all but stalled. Also, 54 African Americans lynched in the South right after the WWII, some still wearing their uniforms. My brother in the Vietnam War, suffered mental trauma and never received adequate care. Unfortunately, it is overlooked and denied by far too many just how systemic and institutionalized racism is and that it has taken a new form as the decades have passed, but has not gone away. Rev Wright is highly educated and served his country while others in the Oval Office were draft dodgers. All I can say is this, you have to walk in a person's shoes to understand the lens through which they view life. Rev Wright obviously stepped on alot of toes, but what he says holds true to this day. If people are truly patriotic, then they will confront the injustices of an imperfect nation. Also, you have to search for truth because there are too many in powerful positions that will keep you from it, or just believe that most Americans are inherently lazy and will not seek it out. If you dig deeper, you will see the bottom line is not just about race, it's more about class and the upper class needs the lower class to keep them thriving, whether your are caucasian or African American. I could spend a whole day on that one.

If there is nothing to hide why not show the records. Brack Hussein Obama is always suggesting character defects and/or errors about President Bush and Sen. John McCain. Seems that a great deal of it is only to get a vote for himself. He even puts down his own party members (exp. HC during the primary). Then he expects her and her supporters to support him. Brack Hussein Obama does not need to disclose any more than what he has shown people around the world. He is well understood. Some of the comments above explains the race card; because, the races will never let it rest. It will always be that the whites exploits the blacks. Now the illegals are on the protesting wagon. How long will it be before they burn a city to get their rights? What city should they work on? Who should they
vote for since they have a right to everything else.
